The NEWEST generation of electric forklifts surprises with an improved electric motor and a friendly price range
HC is a real player in the field of electric forklifts - it's already ready the third generation of electric hoists: XE series electric forklifts that work with a new type of electric motor. The XE series has developed a new special lithium battery structure and permanent magnet synchronous technology. The model selection includes both standard forklifts with a lifting capacity of 1,5 - 3,8 tons as well as more powerful forklifts with a lifting capacity of 4-5 tons. The fact that machines are available in the same price range as an internal combustion engine with lifts, makes them a real hit!
Key benefits of the new XE Series:
- Ability– is not inferior to the performance and lifting capacity of machines with an internal combustion engine. The engine with a high torque and the gearbox with a high number of revolutions offer a significantly higher driving and lifting speed (max. driving speed 18 km/h). Performance is also increased by an air-cooled fan built into the driving and lifting motors, which enables better heat dissipation;
- Ergonomics – a wide view and a spacious cabin where the operator can work comfortably. The optional electronic handbrake allows more importantly a more comfortable driving experience;
- Energy efficiency – The 80-volt dual permanent magnet synchronous motor system allows for more precise power distribution thanks to better matching of the gearbox, motors and electronic controls. At the same time, under the same operating conditions, energy consumption is reduced by 15-20% compared to traditional asynchronous motors;
- Job security
- Practically maintenance-free, which means significant financial and time savings;
- Also suitable for working outdoors – thanks to the raised body, the machine can handle well even on uneven ground. The XE model has been developed for a truck body with an internal combustion engine, which means bigger wheels in addition to better ground clearance. The entire machine is also rated IPX 4 waterproof. The battery is equipped with an electric heating module, which ensures normal operation even in cold weather;
- Good turning ability – the reduced turning radius is ideal for working indoors, e.g. in cold stores. The turning radius of the new model is 2 – 035 mm.
XE series electric lifts are also available in addition to finger control Dual Joystick with hydraulic control, which makes vehicle handling even more comfortable and smooth. Also available as an accessory electronic handbrake.
