Technical inspection and minor maintenance are carried out at the customer's place. Major maintenance mostly at our repair bases according to region. After regular lubrication and maintenance, a report on the work performed and the technical condition of the machines, if necessary, also solutions to problems with calculations.

Response to failure within 24 hours (from the receipt of the notice on working days from 9.00:17.00 a.m. to XNUMX:XNUMX p.m.).

Saving costs is not not doing maintenance, but regular maintenance at a reasonable price!

Below is a list of actions to be performed during technical inspection or maintenance work:

1. Technical inspection - every 1-3 months

• Cleaning the engine compartment + radiator with compressed air
• Rear axle + chain + mast + joint lubrication
• Engine oil + gear oil + hydraulic oil + brake oil oil + coolant + battery water level check
• In the case of a battery lift, checking the battery water level
• Inspection of lifting chains
• Checking the handbrake + conventional brakes
• Rear axle + steering mechanism check
• Lights + electrical fuses check
• Inspection of hydraulic hoses + connections + cylinders

2. Minor maintenance - after 500 working hours or once a year

• Cleaning the engine compartment + radiator with compressed air
• Engine oil change
• Change of air filter + oil filter + fuel filter / gas filter
• Rear axle + chain + mast + joint lubrication
• Battery water level + transmission oil + hydraulic oil + brake oil oil + coolant level check
• Checking the handbrake + conventional brakes
• Rear axle + steering mechanism check
• Lights + electrical fuses check
• Inspection of hydraulic hoses + connections + cylinders
• In the case of a battery lift, checking the battery water level

3. Major maintenance - after 2000 working hours or 1 time in 2 years

• Cleaning the engine compartment + radiator with compressed air
• Engine oil change Air filter + oil filter + fuel filter / gas filter change
• Gearbox oil + filter change
• Hydraulic oil + filter change
• Bridge oil change
• Brake oil change
• Coolant change
• Battery water level check
• Rear axle + chain + mast + joint lubrication
• Checking the handbrake + conventional brakes
