RMH Mixell 81–161 – compact single-auger feed mixer

The RMH Mixell 81–161 is a compact and easy-to-use trailed feed mixer designed to produce high-quality and consistent TMR feed. The model range includes versions with mixing volumes of 8, 10, 12, 14 and 16 m³, which, according to the manufacturer, are suitable for feeding approximately 40–100 animals.

The machine's single vertical mixing auger moves the feed material throughout the mixing tank and helps distribute the feed ration components evenly. Depending on the model, the mixing auger is equipped with 7–11 knives and two counter knives support the chopping of longer-fiber feed and bale material.

The Mixell is designed for everyday farm work. The side walls of the mixing tank are made of 6 mm thick steel and the bottom is made of 20 mm thick steel. The reinforced planetary gearbox with angular transmission transmits the tractor's power to the mixing auger and helps ensure reliable mixing even under heavy loads.

Accurate dosing is supported by a programmable weighing system with three weighing sensors and a declared accuracy of 1/1000. The system allows you to monitor the amount of each feed component added and helps keep the composition of the feed ration as consistent as possible between different loadings.

Feed is delivered as standard via an electro-hydraulically controlled side hatch. Up to eight different feed openings or solutions can be selected for the machine, allowing it to be adapted to the specific table and feed path.

The smallest Mixell model has an overall width of just 2250 mm and a height of 2350 mm, making it well suited to farm buildings with limited width or height. The largest, the 16 m³ Mixell 161, offers higher daily productivity while maintaining the simple design characteristic of a single-auger model.
