RMH Liberty – compact self-propelled feed mixer for the family farm
RMH Liberty is an easy-to-use and manoeuvrable self-propelled feed mixer that combines feed loading, chopping, weighing, mixing and dispensing into one complete work process. The model range includes machines with a mixing volume of 11–15 m³, making them well suited for farms where compact design, reliable operation and high-quality feed rations are important.
The machine's high-performance front-loading cutter quickly collects the feed and directs it into the mixing tank. One vertical mixing auger and two counter knives help to evenly chop the feed and produce a homogeneous feed ration. The mixing tank is made of a combination of stainless steel and conventional steel, increasing wear resistance under intensive use.
All Liberty models are powered by a 135 hp Deutz diesel engine. A hydrostatic system drives the loading auger and feed elevator, and a two-speed hydraulic mixing motor allows the mixing process to be adapted to the feed material.
Rear-wheel steering gives the machine good manoeuvrability in narrow barns, farmyards and around feed storage areas. Liberty models start at just 2250 millimetres wide and the lowest version is 2500 millimetres high, making it suitable for use in farm buildings with limited dimensions.
The operator's work is simplified by a comfortable cabin with good visibility, easy-to-use operating functions and a programmable weighing system with an accuracy of 1/1000. The system allows for precise dosing of feed components and helps to prepare a feed ration with a uniform composition every day.
