RMH Delta V – compact and powerful self-propelled feed mixer
The RMH Delta V is a compact, single-auger, self-propelled feed mixer that combines feed loading, chopping, weighing, mixing and dispensing into one seamless process. Available in 14, 16 and 17 m³ mixing volumes, the RMH Delta V is ideal for small and medium-sized dairy farms.
The machine's high-performance 2-meter-wide front cutter quickly loads the feed and directs it along the feed conveyor into the mixing tank. The 120 hp cutter, 64 knives and unobstructed material flow help reduce loading time and efficiently process different feed components.
The vertical mixing auger and two counter knives produce a uniform feed ration while maintaining the appropriate feed structure. The mixing tank, made of a combination of stainless steel and conventional steel, offers good wear resistance, and the programmable precision scale allows for precise dosing of feed ration components.
All Delta V models are powered by a 175 hp four-cylinder Volvo diesel engine. The hydrostatic transmission, front-wheel drive and rear-wheel steering give the machine good maneuverability in barns, feed silos and narrow farm yards. The models have a maximum load capacity ranging from 5600 kilograms to 6800 kilograms.
The newly designed spacious cab provides the operator with good visibility and a comfortable working position. Loading and feed dispensing are controlled from a joystick, and a camera on the right side acts as a side mirror. The Gold trim level also includes air conditioning, an adjustable steering column and additional driving function controls.
