The EP EXP20 is a modern automatic overhead pallet truck designed for fast and efficient internal logistics in warehouses, manufacturing, cross-docking solutions and distribution centers. The machine combines the flexibility of a conventional overhead pallet truck with the efficiency of an autonomous transport solution, allowing it to operate in both manual and automatic modes.

The EXP20 has a standard load capacity of 2000 kg and is well suited for automating repetitive A-B transport tasks, longer in-warehouse transport routes and goods movement. In manual mode, the EXP20 operates like a fast and convenient overhead transport trolley, while in automatic mode it can independently complete repetitive transport circuits, reducing operator workload and improving workflow consistency.

The machine is designed primarily for fast-paced logistics environments. The EXP20 can travel up to 12 km/h when manually operated, making it suitable for covering longer distances in large warehouses and terminals. The compact design and 1755 mm turning radius help maneuver in narrow aisles, elevators and production areas.

For safety, the EXP20 is equipped with LiDAR sensors, safety bumpers and fork tip sensors. 2D visual navigation enables precise positioning up to ±20 mm, helping to ensure safe and accurate pallet handling even in automatic mode.

The EXP20 uses a 24 V / 150 Ah Li-Ion battery, with an optional 24 V / 210 Ah battery available for longer runtime. The lithium battery allows for intermittent charging and the machine can also be integrated with an automatic charging station, helping to keep work processes running smoothly and reduce downtime.
